When we’ve decided to work together, I’ll visit your property to get a sense of the place + measure up from existing floor plans. I’ll also research your prospective buyers or tenants so I can determine how we can wow them.
I’ll ask myself what will compliment the property and be in keeping with the area? What would excite them? What will make your property stand out from the crowd? I’ll then suggest a theme which will work for your property + appeal to your target market.
Sourcing unique furniture pieces + design elements which fit your budget,
I’ll create a bespoke, considered + unique look for your property. Often I work with artists who showcase + loan their work for the walls, thus adding to the distinctive feel of your property.
Finally, when all required items have been delivered, I will bring my team along to dress your property + transform it ready for photographs + viewings.
I also offer an art direction service where I work with a trusted photographer to oversee your photoshoots + edits, bringing the atmosphere of the property to the sales photos . This ensures that all your images will inspire + excite your target market.
